      throughout the night.  They list turnout by precinct, county, city, whatever you like, as well as which percentage of registered voters actually voted.  Turnout was indeed, horrifically low.  VA historically has very low turnout in off year elections.  Large areas of the state that usually are Democratic or moderate, showed up as Republican specifically because of who showed up to vote.
