    You ask "what's next"? It's torturing our own citizens. Jose Padilla was the test case for that, and our system failed miserably.

    (And anticipating certain objections... yes, others have been tortured in the U.S., in jails and prisons, in particular... but never as a result of a definite policy by the military and aimed at civilians, without any rights of habeas, and "scientifically" conducted.)
