    Send them to the Hague to face Crimes Against Humanity, which is what the attacks were.

    American claims that they would have a fair trial are a complete joke, it was proven to be once America tortured the suspects.

    Ofc one of the five suspects Abu Zubaydah is now completely insane due to Gitmo. Any trial of these suspects on American soil will be a circus, nothing more and certainly not justice.

      As long as Obama/Holder insist on locking up people against whom we have no real evidence, but who the US tortured, and insist on kangaroo courts for them, the meaningfulness of having proper trials for others for whom we do have evidence is questionable.

      That said, I can't complain about a move in the direction of justice, even if it is "access to the courts is at the discretion of the king".
