    ... the CB may REcanvsass to correct ANY error, and SHALL in specified circumstances.

    Plaintiff misleads the ct, to the effect that these ballots have been examined -- rather they were set aside, and done so inconsistent with their own procedures: "That was an error ... they were supposed to process them, and they forgot to do it ... the CB has the ability to correct that error".

    Statute is a "safety valve" [or as I alluded elsewhere, a Sanity Clause].

    Doyle case: if anything indicates any number on the face of the (canvassing) return is wrong, you may correct.
