According to the DSM IV, here are some of the hallmarks of Narcissistic Personality Disorder that clearly apply to Joe:

--  has grandiose sense of self-importance
--  believes that he or she is special and unique
    --  requires excessive admiration
--  has a sense of entitlement
    --  is interpersonally exploitative
    --  lacks empathy

That's five traits which, according to the DSM IV means Joe can qualify as having narcissistic personality disorder.

On the other hand, here's the DSM IV on histrionic personality disorder:

--  is uncomfortable in situations where he or she is not the center of attention.
--  displays rapidly shifting and shallow expressions of emotion.
--  has a style of speech that is excessively impressionistic and lacking in detail.
--  shows self-dramatization, theatricality and exaggerated expression of emotion.
-- considers relationships to be more intimate than they actually are.

Once again, these five traits alone qualify Joe as suffering from histrionic personality disorder.

So what is it:  Narcissistic or Histrionic?  Or could it be both?

This aggression will not stand, man.

his own disease!!  The combination of the narcissistic and histrionic results in Lieberman Syndrome.  He'd probably book time on Fox to talk about it.

Don't blame me, I voted for Ned!
