    had a discussion with someone the other day who was indignant about the idea of docs not all following another guideline around three days after publication. Docs don't learn that fast.

      were from 2002-2003.  Today's release seems just a tweak by comparison.

      Yet adherence (does that term apply to clinicians too?) remains weak.
