the truth didn't matter any more.

    that hope had died.

    people were brainwashed.

    the election was carefully rigged.

and that the damage this guy could do in four years was frightening.

Now I am think that his lust for power will be the source of his demise. Hope re-visited.

    •  P.E.S.T. Perfect! (none)
That would truly explain what I am going through-and I was blaming it on Christmas LOL!!

Does anyone think its possible for some people to have 'visionary' glimpses of doom ascending on America BECAUSE of Bush's fraudulent election-again??

I feel chaos in my bones...

I tell myself that corruption like this has gone on throughout history.
Due to the new instant news age we are aware of things that we never would have known before.
We are being responsible by trying to get the message out.
These guys will shoot themselves in the foot.
        Absolute power corrupts absolutely.
        Poor people are ususally happier!
        This dairy brings me hope!

And I don't buy into their crap!
I NEVER listen to Rush, or Bill or any of those horrible radio people.
I watch late nigth comedians, like Jay Leno, David Letterman, and Jon Stewart, who make me laugh at the absurdity of it all!
I listen to Air America when I get the chance.
I love the liberal community here, that makes me feel
like I am not a crazed left wing activist, just a normal patriotic

Most people really don't pay that much attention and the differences aren't as great as we think.

I don't want these creeps living in my head.
Chaos is a part of nature.

And I try to be grateful for the things that I have.

I WILL say Merry Christmas to strangers.

And I will try and BE the Christmas spirit.

How is that for an idealistic bleeding heart liberal attitude!

        •  Beatifully said! (none)
          I really like your attitude.

I won't let this drive me crazy.

        •  You sound like me when Bush first ran... (none)
...for President. I told the people in my office they were fools for voting for him, that he would destroy the economy and the environmnet; Stupid me, I misunderestimated him. He's going to destroy the world.

But hey, they deserved their tax breaks and there isn't any difference between him the dems, right? Of course, my company went out of business a few months after 9/11, mainly due to a "hostile takeover." I only wish that company was still around so I could rub their noses in Bush's failure.

It was fun arguing with them. As soon as you started using logic, they were left speechless.

          1. Don't want to pay taxes? OK, but don't whine to me about pot holes, how unsafe your neighborhood is, since you can't afford law enforcement, and I don;t want to hear anything about how much those private schools are costing you to educate your children. If the smog bothers you, buy a better air filter.

          2. Bush is Christian, he'll outlaw abortion. Well, OK, fine don't whine to me about all the teenagers dieing of botched abortions. Of course, as long as it isn't anyone they know, they probably deserved it. BTW, if the GOP is so Christian, why do they pass laws that weaken families, instead of strengthen them? Why don't they demand more vacation time from work so families can bond? Why don't they support living wages so families can make it on one job, instead of four or five? I thought one of the core Christian beliefs was the family? Yet the GOP passes laws that weaken families and psuh programs that make sure there won't be a future for your children. I guess "Family Suicide" is the new core tenet of the wing nuttery. Jim Jones was so ahead of his time! Pass the Kool-Aid please.

          3. The GOP keeps America strong. Of course, we now have absolute proof that is a lie, but I love asking the wingers what they think of the B-2 and F-117? When they say thank God for Reagan we have those, I point out they need to thank Carter for them, since he is the one who started those programs. Doh! of course, Clinton's military didn't do so bad. Don't get me wrong, I have known troops who didn't like Carters military back then, because of all the military cuts, but as I point out to them, Carter doesn't decide what the military needs. The military decides what it needs, mostly, except for the programs in the politicians back yard. But the military usually always choose the weapons system over the soldier. As we can see today, it's still happening and it's a damned shame. I would love to see a democrat say, if elected President, every freaking weapon system we have will be put on hold until the military finds a way to raise the standard of living for our service men and women. We can figure out how to hit a target anywhere in the world from the U.S. with less than a foot of accuracy and we can't figure out how to take care of our troops? That's simply unacceptable.

Anyway, I remember those workplace run ins well. The sad thing is, I know I wasn;t saying them to be right. I was saying them to try and prevent future suffering. You don't have to be Nostadamus to read the writing on the wall. You just have to have the courage to be honest with all of the warning signs and it's difficult to make the blissfully ignorant see. I mean, afterall, people want to destroy us because they hate us for our freedom, right? ;)
