    Tie executive compensation to dividend payout. The bigger the executive income, the larger amount paid to stockholders. And if there is no profits to pay out dividends, then the exec's get to work for free!

      just one problem with that: It still leaves the workers who actually do the work that earns the profits out in the cold. Better to offer tax incentives to employee-owned companies that tie dividends to rank-and-file compensation, while levying  massively punitive taxation on companies that screw workers in favor of shareholders and kleptocratic management.

      You're not going to stop executives from being greedy, gluttonous, ill-tempered, prideful, lazy, lustful, and ultra-envious of the higher salaries their peers are making.

      Not going to happen.

      The only thing you can do is to tax them at 75% so that we can put the money back into Single-Payer Universal Health Care.

        from running companies into the ground with stupid decisions.  Remember there is no downside for them in running companies into the ground...they walk away with golden parachutes.
