    since the beginning. I didn't like what she was doing, but I felt sorry for her. I don't think Will is as innocent as he acts.

      I'm willing to excuse the whole pregnancy lie she's afraid of losing him because something like that fits the over-the-top-ness of the show. And that does make her sympathetic. But they also made her a really mean and selfish person (e.g. the guilt trip about her needing food for the baby she doesn't have).

      To me, the writers just didn't know what direction they wanted to take this character. It's a shame because as you point out, Will isn't exactly innocent with his constant google-eying of the counselor.
