    The Russians, i mean. Sure, there are a lot of crackers in Eastern Europe. But there are plenty everywhere.

    Thanks for posting the link. This is all very interesting although i can't say i agree with everything.

    An investigation by The Mail on Sunday has discovered that the explosive hacked emails from the University of East Anglia were leaked via a small web server in the formerly closed city of Tomsk in Siberia.

    And it's incredibly easy to post something to a server in Tomsk from anywhere in the damned world. Why they point out that Tomsk was "formerly closed" i don't know. It's open now. Whatever.

    The university said that there was strict security on its server, heightening the theory that an extremely sophisticated hacking operation was carried out to obtain it.

    They got pwned. It happens.
