    ...far too easy to reduce gradually, and far too difficult to increase when the inevitable deficit becomes much too large to ignore.

    Big Health Insurance really doesn't care. They won't lead the heavy lifting of maintaining a level of subsidy that remains "affordable." They will simply come after individual subscribers for the pound of flesh they seek.

      in order to conform with the subsidy. Either way, most Americans will be put in a vise grip, each year paying more and more for less and less.
