    Read the fucking bills. Most of it is going to increase quality and reduce costs.

    Most of which is, in the long term, more important than the subsidies anyway.

    It is going to increase the supply of primary care doctors over specialists, increase the number of nurses, reform the payment system, institute the distribution on best practices, require electronic records and info like test results, let young people just getting started or in grad school etc stay on their parents insurance until they are 26 or 27.  

    And a whole lot more.

    We are in a time where it is risky NOT to change. Barack Obama 7-30-08
