    allowed in Norway, unless you are born with it.
    My daughter has it, being born in the US from Norwegian father. My son does not, he was born in another country and later became a naturalized US citizen. He must give up his US passport to remain Norwegian after age 22.

    But do not despair; legal, tax paying residents can join the system.
