    Getting a text from your dad might throw some people off, but nothing surprises me anymore

    It might surprise you how long it took me to write that freaking thing.  First text on first cell phone (and not one designed for texting) that I just got a couple of weeks ago?  Oiks!

      by the time you type the text, you can dial the freaking number, get an answer and chat a while.
