    I would only take out the end of life care counseling if there's a chance we could get it re-inserted later.

    I would like to think that, with so much improved reimbursement provisions for Medicaid and Medicare, health care providers would consider offering this service as part of their routine cost of patient care, ie, not feel the need to charge extra for it.

    That brings up another subject about closer scrutiny of health care providers and the tendency of some to bump low-reimbursement patients to other providers.  Maybe we can address it later.
