    million Americans to live on sorry   thats just not feasible  should more of it be left natural  yes  but then who is going to pay for it?  You need twons where people live and work to pay taxes to support the national forests and parks of the US.  Just a fact of life......

      Instead of making "room for all 300 million Americans to live on" (by the way, I was speaking not about the U.S. land, but land as in "earth"), we can prepare for option B.

      Option B is not at all a planned thing, but something that will happen.

      Once the die-off is complete, 0.01 % of land left wild might suffice just fine. We can have small functioning eco-towns.

      Suggest reading "Ecotopia" if you never have.

      The best way to save the planet is to keep laughing!
