    between the petrochemical industry and the ag chemical industry. They are really just two subdivisions of the chemical industry (to oversimplify.) I am not surprised that it's easy to connect the dots between the two.

    It is hugely helpful to make this connection and shout it from the rooftops, though. Too often, we think of food and agriculture as something separate from climate change -- so the people who are working for sustainable farming practices are not always the same people who are working on solving energy vs. carbon footprint problems. The climate change opposition is unified on all corporate fronts, though...

    Thanks for an important diary. Maybe it will help us be more unifeid, as well.
