    agreeing to hear them. That in itself makes their argument more realistic, if the Supreme Court wants to hear it. It seems like they're only doing that because of what the trial is about.

      The voters in WA voted 53-47% to keep intact the "everything but marriage" partnership law. So the anti-gay people lost the vote.

      If they win the Supreme Court case, it will only mean that the names on the anti-gay petition will be kept secret. It won't have any effect on domestic partnerships.

      Listen, strange women lying in ponds distributing swords is no basis for a system of government.

        I worry about. I don't like that the Supreme Court is entertaining the idea that homophobes can try to enact homophobic policy anonymously.

        I'm very glad the vote turned out the right way for our side, but the Supreme Court can still hurt us by making it easier for homophobic policy to get enacted in the dark.
