    less meat,less sugar, more beans, less alcohol and more water. During this past summer, had fruit and veggies smoothies and soups exclusive.

    It's weird, but I really don't crave fattening things like fried chicken or french fries anymore, except during my period, and even then I find it passes rather quickly with a very small serving.

    I do indulge in chocolate- I get the dark chocolate bars at Trader Joes, and have a square with with peppermint tea every night. It's pretty satisfying.

    Why yes, I am Catholic.
