    program.

    There are many full programs available now. I'd send you some links, but education sites should be full of them -- or Google. In our state, it's mandated. Schools have to have them.

    I have a friend who teaches at a private school locally, I think grades 6-12. It's growing rapidly, because it's so good. One of the things admin does is have every teacher, well, all faculty, including librarian, etc., make a list of kids re bullying:
    --Children who are at risk of being bullied
    --Children who are at risk of being bullies

    How sophisticated is that second list? They then compile these lists and get them out to all faculty. A big, open, part of their jobs is to prevent bullying, and it's clearly stated that it will have a negative effect on both participants. The school is very serious about it -- and it works.

    Just food for thought.
