    most times folks running for state wide office never campaign here. That kind if pisses us off more than a little. I mean these folks want my vote, but they can't come down south?

        either Giannoulias or Hoffman has been within a 100 miles of where I live. Now we might be political geeks and wonks here, but we're not typical of most voters. Where I live folks want you to come ask for their votes. You can run all the ads you want, but if somebody from your campaign doesn't knock on their door and ask for their vote, you're just a fancy Chicago pol that is too good for our "hicks" down south.
