    come to the same conclusion.  Since the President is unable or unwilling to exercise his stop loss authority to suspend discharges, it would be a step in the right direction if Levin can get a moratorium passed through Congress expeditiously.

    There should be no more victims of this ill-conceived policy while we await the "eventuality" of its repeal.  The delays are becoming ever more obscene.

      It has to be repealed.  NOW.  Put it in the defense authorization bill and it needs 51 votes to pass.  That's all that's needed.  Don't drag it out like they did health care.  Polls show most favor its repeal, but the more time you give the opponents to demagogue and stall it, the more cowardly the Democrats will become.
