    This poll says nothing about what 'the job' is that needs to be finished, but rather is about bipartisan cooperation.

    For instance, it labels it as a 'comprehensive health-care reform plan' which the attentive know it is not. The poll might -- and probably would -- have quite different results if framed in terms of 'mandate buying health insurance', for instance. In other words, this was not about details, but overall approach.

    So let's at least be clear on the framing when portraying the result.
