    If it's merely "less malpractice litigation" there are many ways to solve it. But people are genuinely injured by sloppy mistakes, and those mistakes are expensive to fix. Do we agree to spread that cost across everyone - as in single payer - or do we take it out of the hide of a specific doctor's insurance company?

    Personally, my goal would be fewer injuries, and fair compensation for those injuries, and making sure that everyone got the care they needed to make them as whole as possible.

    Fry, don't be a hero! It's not covered by our health plan!

      Nobody wants to make mistakes. But you know what? We all do make them. No doubt the mistakes are expensive to fix, but that gives 0 cover to scumbag greedy malpractice lawyers taking 35% of awards.
