    history one can see Bush's past evidences of willing torture (physical and mental) as evidence of a predisposition to bully as a life trait.

    When one considers Cheney's and Rumsfeld's torture program in the Pentagon under Nixon, the fact that they sulked about it for years when the Congress shut it down and that they re instituted it as soon as they could, the strong strain of bullying in their natures shines in clear contrast to that of a normal person.

    Torture is for the weak. After all, it is just extended wheedling.
