    I agree that people who are sick should not be going to work. Both of my kids got sick this year at work and brought it home to me, who has no insurance.

    It's part of the answer, but most sick people still need to go to a doctor, so that the illnesses they get can be treated and cured before they have to go back to work.

    And will employers still require workers to bring a doctor's note for missing a "sick" day, even if they are too sick to work but not sick enough for a doctor visit? Who goes to a doctor for a "stomach flu"?

    Until employers stop acting like authoritarian assholes who want to control every aspect of an employee's life, this solution is incomplete.
