I believe this is a big reason why the left doesn't get taken seriously...why the CPC and others will fold like cheap tents when push comes to shove.

Why are we not out in the streets being angry?

What if, instead of a "virtual march" like we just participated in...what if 100,000 people...angry, loud, progressive Democrats and liberals, march on Washington to tell them to give us our health care or else?

That would make the news. Sending in faxes and emails in phone calls? Did the MSM cover that? I don't believe they did.

Yet when idiot teabagger morons show up to be racist and clueless and monger all sorts of fear...they get wall-to-wall media coverage.

We have got to change our tactics if we want to see any damn different results.

I actually feel bad because I was not there. That is why we need to also plan this stuff a couple of weeks in advance to give many more people a chance to plan on being there.

get ignored by the media. Dozens of marches by IVAW, for instance, some of them small, others larger. Protests against Bush appearances were common, everywhere he went. Trade talks, G20, visits by foreign dignitaries .. many of these had some level of street protest in the US during Bush/Cheney.

Almost always ignored by US media.
