    Massa has been steadfast in his rejection of the Senate Bill.

    He claimed he did not know about the ethics complaint, and read about in the papers, and then responded.

    Please explain 'turned on a dime' for me.

      with respect to "turned on a dime".  I'm referring to Massa's public comments about why he was first not running for re-election and then why he was resigning from office.  First was due to the cancer.  Second was an acknowledgement that he had brought the harrassment charge on himself, albeit (in his characterization) innocently.  Third it was all a plot to get him out because he voted against HCR.

      THAT is what I find troubling.
