The constitutionality of those provisions are of legitimate concern.

And the "unconstitutional mandate on states" he's talking about?

The "Health Freedom Act," recently passed by the House State Affairs Committee, raises some very serious concerns. The legislation appears contradictive to existing state law. While state lawmakers passed a law requiring students to carry health insurance, they now seem on the verge of attempting to stop the federal government from enacting a similar mandate.

In short, he's full of it.

States of course have inherently different rights than the Federal government so this is neither hypocritical or contradictory.

WHICH BY THE WAY, we are on to please the sneaky, antidemocratic WTO agreement- GATS- that we signed on global services, its a perverse hidden agenda that they have which is guiding their every move, now, realizing that, we should and indeed, must, like Canada has done, to discuss these things, nationally, honestly.

      Now, we must STOP.

This bill is a pile of crap, its based on lie after lie, and frankly, this adminsitration stinks for lying SO INCREDIBLY MUCH.

      There, Ive said it.

I know Democrats and the Obama folk are no more Democrats than the man in the moon. They wouldn't know democracy if it bit them in the ass.

      AND IT WILL.

Selling Insurance across State Lines triggers NAFTA-like provisions in the GATS treaty that potentially makes affordable healthcare impossible!
