    ... have voted "no" had it come down to a tie vote. In fact I'd bet alot of money on that. He's never done that before. People like to say stuff like, "Kucinich votes against Democratic bills just as often as some Republicans do." Well, if you look closely, you'll see that every time he does that, he's voting against a bill because it's too moderate, or maybe even conservative. He's "opposing it from the left", in order to make the points that SHOULD be made. And just as importantly, not once has one of his "no" votes made a difference in the final outcome. In other words, I really think that, when it comes down to it, if it means being the tie-breaking, Kucinich WILL vote with the Dems, even if he knows the bill isn't as good as it should be.
