    Hoyer's former COS went to work for a corporate backed lobbying group just a few months ago.

    High level staffers are much sought after to help lobbyists develop strategies to exploit rules and procedure to kill or delay legislation.

      I think they are quite capable of f'ing this up all on their own.

        But Hoyer congratulated him on the appointment.  

        He's working for the National Restaurant Assn., a group that is linked to Rick Berman's front groups, including rethinkreform.org, the group that has been running attack ads against Dem House members who support HCR.  

        They've worked closely with the anti-abortion faction.
