...who votes no on this bill should be primaried, no matter whether they think it's too progressive, not progressive enough, or (as I'm convinced is the case with Lynch) are acting out of sheer political cowardice.

    Replace them with actual Democrats.

If they're not there when we need them, then they're not really there at all.

Call Congress and demand 2 Senators, 1 VOTING Rep, and full home rule for DC citizens. Anything less is un-American.

Yes, what we need are a bunch of party clones who will toe the corporate line.  There already is such a party.

Force people to buy crappy policies from AHIP, and tax quality health plans to pay for it. This is what we fought for?

A career-determining vote comes along maybe once or twice in a decade, but this is just such a vote.

There will be two kinds of people in Congress tomorrow: Democrats, and not-Democrats. You'll be able to tell the Democrats by their "YEA" votes. Anyone not voting YEA shouldn't have a D after their name.

yes, toe the corporate line to vote the right way.

    •  I disagree with you... (0+ / 0-)

I think every US Rep (435)and every US Senator (33) should be primaried.  Not just if they voted for this one bill or not.

I was the youngest in my family growing up therefore I was the remote control.
