    IMO that the real unspoken reason they are so mad that the HCR bill passed.
    While they are good at coming up with every possible lie to feed their teabaggers and wingnut base, as far as an impact on fixing the problem, they have became totally irrelevant.
    And this was all their own doing.  It was their choice.
    They are now campaigning on total repeal of the HCR legislation, which means bringing back every abuse of the health insurance industry, taking away tax credits for small business, and taking away the ability of parents to leave their kids on their insurance until they are 26, just for starters.  My guess is that their tactics will change after the November elections, especially if their boy, Mittens Romney has to campaign against the same thing he signed into law in Mass.

      the Republicans lawmakers made themselves irrelevant to the process.  They could have embraced it and influenced the HCR legislation since it followed their own ideals. But instead, they rejected their own Republican roots. David Frum as much told them this.
