    I keep forgetting -

The wizard-aided paratroops in the Rockies were the essential link up point between Army Group A -- the wizard-aided amphibious assault through Alaska down through Canada and Amy Group B, the wizard-aided direct assault across the Rio Grande.

I do remember the wizard corp being the key to success, though -- there's an old military adage about needing wizards to conduct airborne operations in the heart of a mountain range, needing wizards to conduct and supply an amphibious operation against a vastly superior naval force, and needing wizards to operate a wide front in enemy territory when you have no hope of air superiority.

Thankfully, Ollie North conducted that successful wizard training camp sabotage operation later in the 80s.   It was the hidden key to the fall of the Soviet Union.

I guess everyone's got their own blog now.
