    in your household.  I think many Republicans weren't spared the Rod and are perhaps living in some submerged trauma.

    The fear, the petulance, the acting out.  Hopefully when they realize that acting like a child won't produce the desired results, they will try acting like grown ups. But I'm not holding my breath for sudden emotional development.

      912ers/Teabaggers had all just been spanked yesterday.

      And after a spanking a "good parent" hugs and gives the child love. Yet after the Democratic Party spanked the them... we've just turned our back on them.

      All Glenn Beck needs is a hug-- I guess.

        method was awesome.  By the time I was three I'd stopped hugging people in general.  Being forced to have supposedly loving, close contact with someone who had just hit me did not do good things for me.  If Beck is telling the truth, and the gods above know that's a long shot, but if he is . . . it would go a fair way toward explaining some things.
