  •  Yeah, I know. (5+ / 0-)

That's one reason I asked.  I don't know enough about that particular newspaper to have an opinion, but I've certainly worked with enough candidates over the years who've been, shall we say, misrepresented by unfriendly media outlets.  You know, doing things like, say, reporting that she [jokingly] made a zero with her hand and then omitting entirely that she immediately followed up with a verbal commitment to support him, or some such thing.  Certainly wouldn't be the first time, and I daresay that the media are largely unlikely to be friendly to Brunner.

newspaper myself later today. Just don't know, and again, I was with her this morning canvassing at the West Side market and even when a gentleman said something really nasty about Fisher she asked that he not go there.

This gentleman is very familiar with East side Cleveland/Cuyahoga politics. I thought it was good that she didn't go there even though she could have.

I support Jennifer Brunner, SoS, for U.S. Senate, Ohio, and I voted for her.

    •  They aren't exactly "unfriendly" (2+ / 0-)

but the story was misleading. She made it clear she supported Fisher but as SoS did not feel she could WORK for him. Look at the wording. She's going to be at the unity event Wednesday; she committed weeks ago.
