    is enough of an event to trigger palpitations. (Over what time frame someone asked, not immediately clear from the diary?) It's one study under discussion. We're going to overshoot 400 (possibly 500) under every scenario other than a true outlier event so it's the equivalent of "game over" for many here. If you think I'm exaggerating, look at the comments. Lots of fear and more than a smattering of hopelessness, not a lot of let's get moving and change things. May I suggest including one action item or solution being offered at the end of these diaries. (I know it's not your thing, you present the problem primarily.) Thanks.
