    Just fyi, I needed to read this 3 times before I could get the correct meaning: "realized that we were not serving a very important population."  It kept meaning to me that the women weren't very important.

    Perhaps no reason to point it out, but maybe you'll be writing that sentence again in a different context.

    Thanks for what you do.
