    ...that doesn't allow "ambulance chasers" to abuse the law, while still maintaining the right of people with legitimate grievances to their day in court.

    If there's a way to thread the legal needle so that bastards like Phelps can't keep abusing the system as they do, while still ensuring access to justice for those with legitimate claims, I'd be very interested to see it.

    Call Congress and demand 2 Senators, 1 VOTING Rep, and full home rule for DC citizens. Anything less is un-American.

        I'm going out of my way to say that the guy is a complete and total bastard. There is absolutely nothing about Fred Phelps the person that I support, nothing at all.

        That doesn't mean that he doesn't have the right to free speech, or to his day in court if he feels as if he's been legally aggrieved.

        Call Congress and demand 2 Senators, 1 VOTING Rep, and full home rule for DC citizens. Anything less is un-American.
