    freedom of speech at work; this is probably true for most workers, more than they realize.  However, we are also in the wonderful world of collective bargaining, where workers can strike over it if they wish.  I think that this diary is mistaken in citing the First Amendment here, but that's a minor point.  They're fighting (taking this diary at face value) over their right to freedom of speech, guaranteed not by the First Amendment but by -- yes -- private contract.  I wish them good luck.
