    I think only covering 65-70% GUARANTEESthat the legislation will be struck down, because the mandated insurance wont cover all curative care. Thats one area where all the EU countries got this right and the US gets it wrong. When people realize they STILL can't afford to go to the doctor, they delay and end up dying. Theres a ton of evidence that shows this, that it costs more in the long run.

    Also, the WTO "free trade" agreements we have signed prohibit many of the much hyped protections as limitations on free trade. For example, the GATS prohibits a great many of the methods by which many of the states hope to save money. They may well be WTO-illegal and could subject the US to huge fines, similar to what happened with US-Antigua and online gambling.

    We need a national healthcare PLAN. Not a national healthcare capitulation.
