    Especially in PA, that's a treasure.  I tried some raw milk mozzarella the other day and it was great.

      I believe the law for general retail in most states is that all raw milk cheeses must be aged at least 60 days....which precludes the softer, unaged cheeses like brie..unlike in France where you can get raw milk soft cheese at any farmer's market. I imagine mozzarella is in that category, and you can only get it because you are buying from a local farm...lucky you.
