    I can keep them up for a minute fifteen if I'm not already wrung out.

    There's also a plank for your back: Lie down, face up. Bend your knees until your feet are flat on the ground. Lift yourself up on your elbows and straighten your back. Hold that for as long as you can.

    I've heard that one called a wrestler's bridge. It'll get your butt, too.

      Notice how she works off her heels when doing the reverse plank. In yoga, they work to push the abs and butt higher and pointing the toes downward until you actually get the bottoms of your feet on the floor. I'm not there yet but getting close. Stretching hard to point the toes and raise the butt really hits the glutes.
