    and it would probably be a lot more effective than SB1070.  It's a shame that so many of those who are decrying this law are more interested in sticking up for the illegal aliens than pushing for laws that would punish employers.

      that allows ICE to go after employers that hire undocumented workers. SB1070 was an unnecessary piece of legislation brought into being for the sole purpose of being divisive.

      After spending 18 years in uniform and swearing an oath to this Constitution, after sacrificing a considerable amount of health in combat for this country to be granted VA benefits, that someone would discredit my interest in this law by stating with no evidence what-so-ever, that we are more interested in protecting "illegal aliens"

      Buddy, it has to do with the 4th Amendment, go look it up.  I did, because I wanted to know what exactly I was swearing to defend concretely and not some abstract idea like a stupid flag.

      And even if it didn't have to do with a violation of the US Constitution, the last I looked, "illegal aliens" were still human being and not invaders from Alpha Centari.
