    I love being a mom (to a newborn...) and not being tied to a schedule.  I dislike laundry, cleaning, grocery shopping, and not having adult conversation during the day.

    For now (since I have the breasts) I'm home with our little one - nursing around the clock it seems.  Ironic since my previous and future work is as a registered nurse...  

    Later it will be my husband's turn...  I doubt he'll like laundry, cleaning or such, but I'm sure he'll enjoy being home with our kids.

    What's tough for me is the idea of modeling traditional gender roles and giving our children the idea that that's the way it should be rather than can be if one chooses.
