Even people from Chicago, or people like Dumb W ...

I have always found it fascinating that about the time that article went to press, you couldn't turn on a teevee or radio without falling over Candidate Obama.

If BushCo isn't prosecuted for what they did, history may, in fact, not look completely kindly on President Obama. And that's a shame, because there is so much he can be proud of. IMO, though, this egregious refusal to perform this most obvious Constitutional duty will taint this presidency someday, given some hindsight (that is, unless some other stuff turns around pretty soon, in a big way, like the job market...)

    •  He'll be reelected, but I think you're right. I'm (0+ / 0-)

afraid he might be tied and tainted permanently

so sadly frustrating is that Obama was handed a revolution of spirit, an opportunity to dramatically change the world just by being brave, smart, and honest.  He shows two of those qualities everyday.  He underestimated his power and those who backed him, and that is a crime that he could never live down.  Oh the humanity!  Peace.

P.S.  Thanks Jessica, you are a true patriot, and a true hero in my book of Truth, Honor, and Justice.  Peace
