  •  My point is there's no reason anyone with (6+ / 0-)
    dark hair and brown eyes should have to provide more proof of legality than anyone else.  I understand the frustration with employers that knowingly hire undocumented workers, then use and abuse them knowing they have no recourse, but insisting they demand more proof of those who look like they're from Mexico is not the answer.  Improving the ability of those who are able to obtain work here to come legally is what's needed.  Then they have the same recourse as everyone else.
