  •  Hispanics must REGISTER and VOTE. (12+ / 0-)

Pew's numbers on Hispanics points out the problem. If all Hispanics who qualify registered and voted, they could be a real political force. 10%+ range in key states like NV, CO, CA and NM.

Instead they don't register and don't vote and represent a much smaller minority around 5%.

Democrats need to jump on the issue, use it to REGISTER Latino voters and then GOTV.

Key is making sure GOP doesn't sabatoge it with dirty tricks claiming to be vote registers and instead using it for high publicity undocumented worker stings to hold down Hispanic Democratic registration.

is targeting Arizonia.  Who knows?  Depends on the number of democratic Organizing volunteers Arizonia and the other mountain states get.

      •  Democrats should make HUGE push in CO NV (2+ / 0-)

They have an chance, an opportunity with AZ anti-immigration law, to add 5% to Reid and Bennet's poll numbers. Enough to save the Democrats Senate majority.

A huge opportunity, one I do not see Democrats locally or nationally (no immigration bill in Congress0 taking advantage of.

Saw on the twitter thread thread for OFA AZ, they had info on registering voters in response to the bill being signed.

I believe it was on the Obama site.  Google it - get the official site.  Or, try googling Organizing for American.  It is an official site of the Democratic Party.  I am so sorry that i do not have an official Link for you, at this time.  I am not a representative.  If you cannot find it - please try posting on an Open Thread at Dailykos,  I am sure that one of the regulars will know how to direct you directly to the proper site.  Good on Ya for Steppinbg Up, by the Way.  Hope it goes well.  You can even try the official Arizonia Democratic Committee site.  Google that too.  Hope you well and Thank You!
