The Obama Administration may have gotten a slow start due to unexpected circunstances but he definately recruited a capable team and as you strat to see the results of spending and policy changes I think you will change your mind.

Just this week two wind farms (one off shore, one in the northwest) that were in danger of colapsing due to obstructionism got the green light and the administration played a key role in both.

Over $50 billion to subsidize  nuclear plants that would not be built without the lure of taxpayer dollars. Otherwise, investors won't build them, with good cause!

And what the hell was the point of his "Drill,Baby,Drill" offshore drilling crap policy--I saw no possible up side to it before this horrible disaster.

Obama's energy policy is very disappointing to me. It's not smart, efficient, or current, with too much influence by lobbyists and Repubs, as per usual.

I support Obama, gladly voted for him, and thank God every day that he's our president instead of McCain.

But he ain't perfect, and certainly not forward-thinking or liberal enough for my tastes. Again, MHO.
