  •  I agree with DHinIA (3+ / 0-)

    comment in their on-line editions.  There are also a lot of good local weekly papers in Iowa, which have great reach in their local communities.  

    •  The two papers I tried to get it printed in (0+ / 0-)

      cover 4 counties and are run by the same people, hence the same policy.  

      I am trying to get it in as many online forums as possible, but these are small papers and they don't have large websites with blogs, etc.

      I too hope that the Des Moines Register and the Sioux City Journal will print my letter before the primary.  

      Time will tell, but part of me still thinks this is a mistake on the part of the paper.

      Help retire Steve King, go to Denklau for Congress and give him some help if you can.

      •  What luck, when I went back (0+ / 0-)

        the the papers websites, they had articles on the race and I was able to print my letter as a comment on the article.

        I still don't think this is a good idea, as it will tick people off that they can't get their letters printed.  

        Like I said, it will be interesting to see if they change their minds.
